Changing Your Dashboard Language

SuiteOp automatically detects your browser’s preferred language and adapts the dashboard to match. You can also switch languages manually at any time. This guide explains how language detection works and which languages are available.


The SuiteOp dashboard is available in the following 13 languages:

When you visit SuiteOp for the first time, the dashboard automatically checks your browser’s language setting. If your browser is set to one of the supported languages listed above, SuiteOp will load the dashboard in that language — no action required.

This only happens on your very first visit. After that, your language preference is saved and used on every subsequent visit.


If you have previously used SuiteOp in one language but your browser is set to a different supported language, a banner will appear in the bottom-right corner of the screen. The banner displays in your browser’s language and offers a one-click option to switch.

For example, if you have been using SuiteOp in English but your browser is set to French, you will see a banner that reads:

“La langue de votre navigateur est le Français. Souhaitez-vous changer ?”

You have two options:

  • Click Switch to [language] to immediately switch the dashboard to your browser’s language.
  • Click Dismiss to close the banner. It will not appear again for 24 hours.

If you are signed in, switching languages through the banner also saves the preference to your user profile, so the change carries over to any device you sign in from.


  1. Open your profile

    Click your profile icon in the sidebar.

  2. Select a language

    Choose your preferred language from the Language setting.

  3. Dashboard reloads

    The dashboard will reload in the selected language. Your choice is saved to your profile and will persist across sessions and devices.



What happens if my browser language is not supported?

If your browser is set to a language that SuiteOp does not support (for example, Korean), the dashboard defaults to English and no language suggestion banner is shown.

Can I use a different language than my browser’s default?

Yes. You can manually change your language at any time through your profile settings. The language suggestion banner will only appear when there is a mismatch, and you can dismiss it for 24 hours.

Does the language setting affect my team members?

No. Language is a per-user setting. Each team member can choose their own preferred language independently.
