Financials Tab

The Financials tab helps you monitor operational spending and compare it against budgets. This tab requires both the view_analytics and modify_tasks permissions.

Total SpendActual amount spent on tasks in the selected period
Total EstimatedBudget estimate for the same period
Budget VariancePercentage difference between actual and estimated (lower is better)
Average Cost Per TaskMean spend per completed task
Financial Approval RatePercentage of costs that have been approved

A time-series chart plotting actual spend, estimated spend, and task count together. Quickly see whether you are tracking to budget or diverging.

See revenue, costs, and margin percentage for each property. Identify which properties are most and least profitable from an operations standpoint.

View spend, budget estimate, and task count by department. Understand where your operational dollars are going.

See costs grouped by approval status: pending, approved, declined. A large pending backlog may slow down vendor payments or task execution.

View spending by category (e.g., cleaning supplies, maintenance parts, contractor fees). Spot categories where costs are rising.

A detailed view showing each property’s revenue, operational costs, and net operating margin. Use this to compare profitability across your portfolio.


In addition to shared filters, this tab supports:

  • Department — Focus on a specific team’s spending
  • Approval status — Filter by approved, pending, or declined costs
