Staff Performance Tab

The Staff Performance tab gives managers visibility into how team members are performing across task completion, timeliness, and guest satisfaction. This tab requires both the view_analytics and manage_users permissions.

Total StaffNumber of staff members who completed tasks in the period
Average Completion RateMean task completion rate across all staff
Average On-Time RatePercentage of tasks completed before or on the due date
Average Staff Cleanliness RatingMean cleanliness rating from guest reviews linked to staff

A time-series chart showing the volume of tasks assigned to and completed by staff over the selected period.

View task count and completion rate by department. Use the department toggle buttons to quickly filter the entire tab to a specific department.


Below the charts, individual staff member cards show detailed performance data:

  • Name and avatar
  • Department(s) they belong to
  • Task count and completion rate
  • On-time rate — percentage of tasks completed before the due date
  • Average task duration — how long tasks typically take
  • Cleanliness rating — average rating from guest feedback linked to their work
  • Recent tasks — a list of recent tasks with status and duration
  • Recent guest reviews — reviews associated with properties they serviced, including rating, cleanliness score, and a feedback snippet

The leaderboards help you identify top performers for recognition and staff who may benefit from additional training or support.


A summary table lists all staff with their key metrics in a compact view. You can export this table to CSV for further analysis — see Exporting Analytics Data.
