Upsells Tab
The Portal tab (also called Upsells) tracks the performance of your upsell offerings — from early check-ins and late checkouts to damage waivers, grocery delivery, and custom add-ons.
| Metric | What It Measures |
|---|---|
| Total Orders | Number of upsell orders placed in the selected period |
| Total Revenue | Combined revenue from all upsell orders |
| Average Order Value | Mean revenue per order |
| Approval Rate | Percentage of orders that were approved |
| Average Approval Time | Mean time from order placement to approval (lower is better) |
Charts
Section titled “Charts”Orders and Revenue Over Time
Section titled “Orders and Revenue Over Time”A time-series chart showing order count and revenue trends over the selected period. Identify seasonal patterns and the impact of new upsell offerings.
Upsell Type Breakdown
Section titled “Upsell Type Breakdown”See which categories of upsells generate the most orders and revenue — for example, damage waivers, early check-in, late checkout, grocery delivery, or private chefs.
Stage Breakdown
Section titled “Stage Breakdown”View orders by their current stage: pending, approved, declined, refunded, or completed. A high pending count may indicate a bottleneck in your approval workflow.
Top Upsells by Revenue
Section titled “Top Upsells by Revenue”A ranked list of your highest-earning individual upsell products, showing both revenue and order count. Use this to understand what guests value most.
Filters
Section titled “Filters”In addition to shared filters, this tab supports:
- Upsell type — Focus on a specific category (e.g., damage waivers only)
- Upsell stage — Filter by stage (pending, approved, declined, etc.)
