Analytics

SuiteOp Analytics gives you a complete view of your operations through six specialized dashboard tabs — each packed with KPI cards, interactive charts, and detailed breakdowns. You can filter by date range, property, and tab-specific criteria, save your favorite filter combinations as views, and export data to CSV.


Analytics is organized into six tabs, each covering a different area of your business:

  • Reservations — Occupancy, check-ins/outs, average daily rate, booking sources, and length-of-stay patterns
  • Reviews — Average ratings, review volume, property performance rankings, and guest feedback analysis
  • Portal (Upsells) — Order volume, revenue, approval rates, and top-performing upsells
  • Tasks — Completion rates, overdue tracking, department breakdowns, and blocking task alerts
  • Financials — Spend vs. budget, cost per task, department spend, and property-level profitability
  • Staff Performance — Completion rates, on-time rates, department comparisons, and individual leaderboards

Every tab shows KPI cards at the top comparing the current period to the previous equivalent period, followed by charts and tables that break the data down by different dimensions.


Access to the analytics dashboard requires the view_analytics permission. Some tabs have additional requirements:

If you do not have the required permissions for a tab, it will not appear in the dashboard.
