Reviews Tab

The Reviews tab helps you understand guest satisfaction by tracking review volume, ratings, and identifying properties that need attention.

Average RatingMean star rating across all reviews
Dispute RatePercentage of reviews flagged or disputed (lower is better)
Average Cleanliness RatingMean cleanliness-specific rating
All-Time Average RatingOverall average rating across all time (not period-specific)
Unaddressed Low ReviewsCount of low-rated reviews without a response (lower is better)

A time-series chart showing review count and average rating over the selected period. Spot trends in guest satisfaction at a glance.

See where reviews are coming from — Airbnb, Vrbo, Google, or other platforms. Understand which channels contribute the most feedback.

Two ranked lists showing:

  • Top-performing properties by average rating (with review count)
  • Bottom-performing properties by average rating (with review count)

Use these to identify properties excelling at guest satisfaction and those that may need operational improvements.

If you organize properties into groups, this chart compares average ratings across groups — useful for comparing regions, brands, or property types.

A histogram showing how reviews are distributed across 1-5 stars. A healthy distribution skews heavily toward 4 and 5 stars.


Below the charts, a paginated review table shows individual reviews with:

  • Property name
  • Review source
  • Star rating and cleanliness rating
  • Guest feedback (public and private comments)
  • Dispute status

Click a review row to see the full detail, including the associated reservation and any tasks that were created from the review.

SuiteOp can analyze review text to surface:

  • A summary of the guest experience
  • Key pros and cons extracted from the feedback
  • Suggested tasks based on issues mentioned in the review (e.g., “Replace stained towels in Unit 4B”)

You can create tasks directly from the analysis suggestions.


In addition to shared filters, this tab supports:

  • Review source — Focus on a specific platform
  • Rating — Filter by star rating (e.g., only 1-2 star reviews)
  • Dispute status — Show only disputed or undisputed reviews
