Reviews Tab
The Reviews tab helps you understand guest satisfaction by tracking review volume, ratings, and identifying properties that need attention.
| Metric | What It Measures |
|---|---|
| Total Reviews | Number of reviews received in the selected period |
| Average Rating | Mean star rating across all reviews |
| Dispute Rate | Percentage of reviews flagged or disputed (lower is better) |
| Average Cleanliness Rating | Mean cleanliness-specific rating |
| All-Time Average Rating | Overall average rating across all time (not period-specific) |
| Unaddressed Low Reviews | Count of low-rated reviews without a response (lower is better) |
Charts
Section titled “Charts”Reviews Over Time
Section titled “Reviews Over Time”A time-series chart showing review count and average rating over the selected period. Spot trends in guest satisfaction at a glance.
Review Source Breakdown
Section titled “Review Source Breakdown”See where reviews are coming from — Airbnb, Vrbo, Google, or other platforms. Understand which channels contribute the most feedback.
Top and Bottom Properties
Section titled “Top and Bottom Properties”Two ranked lists showing:
- Top-performing properties by average rating (with review count)
- Bottom-performing properties by average rating (with review count)
Use these to identify properties excelling at guest satisfaction and those that may need operational improvements.
Property Group Performance
Section titled “Property Group Performance”If you organize properties into groups, this chart compares average ratings across groups — useful for comparing regions, brands, or property types.
Rating Distribution
Section titled “Rating Distribution”A histogram showing how reviews are distributed across 1-5 stars. A healthy distribution skews heavily toward 4 and 5 stars.
Review Table
Section titled “Review Table”Below the charts, a paginated review table shows individual reviews with:
- Property name
- Review source
- Star rating and cleanliness rating
- Guest feedback (public and private comments)
- Dispute status
Click a review row to see the full detail, including the associated reservation and any tasks that were created from the review.
AI-Powered Review Analysis
Section titled “AI-Powered Review Analysis”SuiteOp can analyze review text to surface:
- A summary of the guest experience
- Key pros and cons extracted from the feedback
- Suggested tasks based on issues mentioned in the review (e.g., “Replace stained towels in Unit 4B”)
You can create tasks directly from the analysis suggestions.
Filters
Section titled “Filters”In addition to shared filters, this tab supports:
- Review source — Focus on a specific platform
- Rating — Filter by star rating (e.g., only 1-2 star reviews)
- Dispute status — Show only disputed or undisputed reviews
Exporting Reviews
Section titled “Exporting Reviews”You can export the review table data to CSV. See Exporting Analytics Data for details.
