Dashboard Tour

When you log in to SuiteOp, you land on the dashboard. This page gives you a quick overview of your operations and provides the starting point for navigating the entire platform.

The sidebar on the left is your main navigation tool. It is organized into groups that mirror the key areas of the platform. You can collapse the sidebar to icon-only mode by clicking the rail on its edge, giving you more screen space when needed.

  • Home — The main dashboard with an overview of your operations
  • Properties — Expand to access Units, Devices, Alerts, Bulk Edit, and Catalog
  • Reservations — Expand to access the Reservation List, Upsell Requests, Transactions, and Service Fee
  • Tasks — Expand to access My Tasks, plus task operations (Dashboard, All Tasks, Calendar, Opportunities, Financials) and task setup (Templates, Auto Assignment, Departments, Scheduler)
  • Workflows — Expand to access Workflow Rules and the execution Log
  • Agents — Expand to access the Agent List, Agent Activity, and Agent Memory
  • Analytics — Expand to access the Dashboard (six-tab analytics with KPIs, charts, and export) and Milestones (achievement tracking)
  • Inbox — Unified messaging with guests across all channels
  • Settings — Organization-wide settings including portals and payment configuration

Below the main groups, separated by a divider, you will find:

  • Notifications — View alerts and system notifications
  • Integrations — Connect and manage third-party services (PMS, Stripe, Slack, device providers)
  • Refer & Earn — Share SuiteOp with your network and earn rewards
  • Organization — Expand to access Members (user management) and Billing (subscription and payment info)
  • Help — Opens the SuiteOp help center in a new tab

At the very bottom of the sidebar, the user menu shows your profile. Click it to access your profile settings, switch organizations, or sign out.

At the top of the sidebar, the organization switcher displays your current organization. If you belong to multiple organizations, click it to switch between them. All data in SuiteOp is scoped to the selected organization — switching orgs changes everything you see.

SuiteOp is designed to work on screens of all sizes. On smaller screens, the sidebar collapses automatically and can be opened with a menu button. Tables hide non-essential columns on mobile to keep the interface usable on phones and tablets.
