DocuSign Integration
Connect your existing DocuSign account to SuiteOp to send rental agreements and other documents for electronic signature. Once connected, your DocuSign templates are synced into SuiteOp and can be used in guest verification flows.
Connecting your DocuSign account
Section titled “Connecting your DocuSign account”-
Open the Integrations page
Navigate to Integrations in the sidebar. Find DocuSign under the Operations category.

Add an account
Click the DocuSign card, then click Add Account.

Authorize with DocuSign
You will be redirected to DocuSign to sign in and grant SuiteOp access. Click Allow Access to authorize the connection.

Return to SuiteOp
After authorization, you are redirected back to SuiteOp. Your account is connected and templates begin syncing automatically.
Managing your account
Section titled “Managing your account”Click your account in the list to open the account detail page.
Account info
Section titled “Account info”The Account Info card shows:
- Email — The email address linked to your DocuSign account
- Account ID — Your DocuSign account identifier
- Status — Current connection status
- Last Synced — When templates were last synced
- Connected — When the account was first linked
Syncing templates
Section titled “Syncing templates”Templates are synced automatically on connection. To manually re-sync, click Sync Templates in the Sync Actions card.
Webhooks
Section titled “Webhooks”Webhooks are configured automatically. The Webhooks card shows the webhook URL and subscribed event types. Click Re-subscribe if events stop flowing.
Templates
Section titled “Templates”Synced templates show the template name, number of signers, CC recipients, and form fields. Click the pencil icon next to a template name to rename it within SuiteOp.
Using DocuSign for guest agreements
Section titled “Using DocuSign for guest agreements”Once connected, you can use your DocuSign templates in guest verification flows. For detailed setup, see Complex Agreements with DocuSign.
Ensure DocuSign Connect is enabled
Section titled “Ensure DocuSign Connect is enabled”In your DocuSign account, go to the Admin tab. Under Integrations, verify that Connect is visible. This is required for SuiteOp to receive signing events. If you do not see this setting, contact DocuSign support to enable it.
Troubleshooting
Section titled “Troubleshooting”OAuth authorization fails
Section titled “OAuth authorization fails”- Ensure you are signed in to the correct DocuSign account before authorizing
- Check that your DocuSign account has the necessary permissions to grant third-party access
- Try clearing your browser cookies and attempting the connection again
Templates not syncing
Section titled “Templates not syncing”- Verify your account status shows Active
- Click Sync Templates to trigger a manual sync
- Ensure your DocuSign account has at least one template created
Signing events not updating in SuiteOp
Section titled “Signing events not updating in SuiteOp”- Check the Webhooks card on the account detail page
- Click Re-subscribe to re-establish the webhook connection
- Verify that DocuSign Connect is enabled in your DocuSign admin settings
