DocuSign Integration

Connect your existing DocuSign account to SuiteOp to send rental agreements and other documents for electronic signature. Once connected, your DocuSign templates are synced into SuiteOp and can be used in guest verification flows.

  1. Open the Integrations page

Navigate to Integrations in the sidebar. Find DocuSign under the Operations category.

  2. Add an account

Click the DocuSign card, then click Add Account.

  3. Authorize with DocuSign

You will be redirected to DocuSign to sign in and grant SuiteOp access. Click Allow Access to authorize the connection.

  4. Return to SuiteOp

After authorization, you are redirected back to SuiteOp. Your account is connected and templates begin syncing automatically.

Click your account in the list to open the account detail page.

The Account Info card shows:

  • Email — The email address linked to your DocuSign account
  • Account ID — Your DocuSign account identifier
  • Status — Current connection status
  • Last Synced — When templates were last synced
  • Connected — When the account was first linked

Templates are synced automatically on connection. To manually re-sync, click Sync Templates in the Sync Actions card.

Webhooks are configured automatically. The Webhooks card shows the webhook URL and subscribed event types. Click Re-subscribe if events stop flowing.

Synced templates show the template name, number of signers, CC recipients, and form fields. Click the pencil icon next to a template name to rename it within SuiteOp.

Once connected, you can use your DocuSign templates in guest verification flows. For detailed setup, see Complex Agreements with DocuSign.

In your DocuSign account, go to the Admin tab. Under Integrations, verify that Connect is visible. This is required for SuiteOp to receive signing events. If you do not see this setting, contact DocuSign support to enable it.
