Logging In to the Mobile App
You use the same email and password from the SuiteOp web dashboard to sign in to the mobile app.
How to Sign In
Section titled “How to Sign In”-
Open the app
Launch SuiteOp on your iPhone or Android device. If this is your first time opening the app (or you’ve signed out), you’ll see the sign-in screen.

Enter your credentials
Type your Email and Password — the same ones you use to sign in at dash.suiteop.com.

Tap Sign In
The app will authenticate your account and begin syncing your organization’s data. You’ll be taken to the Home dashboard once the initial sync completes.
Staying Signed In
Section titled “Staying Signed In”Your session is securely stored on your device. You don’t need to sign in again each time you open the app — your session persists until you explicitly sign out.
Signing Out
Section titled “Signing Out”To sign out:
- Open the Profile tab (the person icon in the bottom navigation bar)
- Scroll to the bottom and tap Sign Out
Troubleshooting
Section titled “Troubleshooting”- “Invalid credentials” error — double-check your email and password. If you recently changed your password on the web dashboard, use the new password.
- Stuck on loading — make sure you have an internet connection for the initial sign-in. The app requires network access to authenticate, even though it works offline afterward.
- Forgot your password — reset your password through the web dashboard at dash.suiteop.com and then sign in to the mobile app with your new password.
