How to Integrate Zapier to SuiteOp
Zapier lets you connect SuiteOp to thousands of other apps so you can automate repetitive work without writing code. Once connected, SuiteOp sends real-time data to Zapier whenever specific events happen — like a new reservation, a guest completing verification, or a task being created. From there, Zapier can push that data to any app in its ecosystem.
What You Can Automate
Section titled “What You Can Automate”SuiteOp supports the following Zapier trigger types:
- New Reservation — fires when a reservation is created or imported
- Guest Status Change — fires when a guest’s verification status updates
- Upsell Status Update — fires when a guest purchases, cancels, or completes an upsell
- Review Action — fires when a guest review is submitted or updated
- Guest Verification — fires when identity checks, agreements, or background checks complete
- Task Opportunity — fires when a new task opportunity is detected by AI
Prerequisites
Section titled “Prerequisites”Before you begin, make sure you have:
- A Zapier account (free or paid)
- Admin or Owner role in SuiteOp
Connecting Zapier
Section titled “Connecting Zapier”-
Open the Integrations page
Navigate to Integrations in the sidebar. Find Zapier under the Automation category and click on it.
-
Create a Zapier account
Click Connect and enter a display name for this connection (e.g., “Marketing Automations” or “Ops Team Zapier”).
-
Save your credentials
SuiteOp generates two values you will need in Zapier:
- Organization ID — identifies your SuiteOp organization
- API Key — authenticates requests from Zapier
Copy both values or click Download Credentials to save them as a JSON file. Store them securely — the API key is shown only once.
-
Install the SuiteOp Zapier app
Click the Install SuiteOp Zapier App button to open the Zapier invite page. Accept the invitation to add SuiteOp to your Zapier account.
-
Authenticate in Zapier
When creating your first Zap with SuiteOp, Zapier will prompt you to enter your Organization ID and API Key. Paste the values you copied in the previous step.
Managing Your Zapier Triggers
Section titled “Managing Your Zapier Triggers”Once your Zaps are running, SuiteOp tracks all registered triggers on the Zapier account detail page.
Viewing triggers
Section titled “Viewing triggers”The Triggers table shows all active Zapier webhooks registered against your account. Each row displays:
- Name — a label you can rename by clicking the pencil icon
- Type — the trigger event category (e.g.,
new_reservation,guest_status_change) - Created — when the trigger was registered
- Webhook URL — the Zapier endpoint receiving data
You can search triggers by name, type, or URL using the search bar above the table. Click any column header to sort.
Testing triggers
Section titled “Testing triggers”Click the play button next to any trigger to send a test payload to Zapier. A success or failure toast will confirm whether Zapier received the data. This is useful for debugging Zaps that are not firing as expected.
Viewing credentials
Section titled “Viewing credentials”If you need your Organization ID or API Key again, click View Credentials on the account card. You can copy individual values or download them as JSON.

- Check that the webhook URL has not expired (recreate the Zap if needed)
- Confirm your API key is still valid on the account detail page
