Milestones
Milestones let you track and celebrate your team’s operational achievements over time. As you process more reservations, earn higher review ratings, complete tasks, and grow upsell revenue, you unlock progressively higher milestone levels.
Navigating to Milestones
Section titled “Navigating to Milestones”From the Analytics dashboard, click the Milestones tab (or navigate directly to Analytics > Milestones in the sidebar). You need the view_analytics permission to access this page.
How Milestones Work
Section titled “How Milestones Work”Each milestone tracks a specific business metric and has multiple levels with increasing thresholds. As your organization hits each threshold, the next level unlocks.
For example, the Conversion King milestone tracks total upsell conversions:

Progress bars show how close you are to the next level on each milestone card.
Milestone Categories
Section titled “Milestone Categories”Milestones are organized into categories covering different areas of your operations:
- Upsells & Waivers — Track upsell conversions, upsell revenue, damage waiver revenue, and peak revenue days
- Tasks — Track task completion rates and operational throughput
- Reviews — Track review ratings and guest satisfaction metrics
- Reservations — Track total reservations processed
- Portal — Track portal engagement and usage
- Staff — Track team performance and ratings
- Devices — Track smart device management activity
- Flex Stats — Track miscellaneous operational metrics
Use the category filter at the top of the page to focus on a specific category, or view all milestones at once.
Page Layout
Section titled “Page Layout”Progress Summary
Section titled “Progress Summary”At the top of the page, a hero section shows:
- Overall progress — How many milestones you have unlocked out of the total available
- Next milestone — The closest milestone to being unlocked, with a progress bar
- Top achievement — Your highest unlocked milestone so far
Recent Unlocks
Section titled “Recent Unlocks”A feed of recently unlocked milestones shows your latest achievements in chronological order.
Milestone Grid
Section titled “Milestone Grid”Below the summary, all milestones are displayed in a card grid. Each card shows:
- Milestone name and description
- Current level and progress bar toward the next level
- A “Coming Soon” badge on milestones that are not yet trackable
Celebrating Achievements
Section titled “Celebrating Achievements”When you unlock a new milestone level, SuiteOp shows a celebration modal with the achievement details. You can share your milestones on LinkedIn using the share button — SuiteOp generates a pre-populated post template for you.
Individual milestone cards also have share buttons for posting specific achievements.
