Reservations Tab
The Reservations tab gives you a bird’s-eye view of your booking activity — from high-level occupancy and revenue metrics to detailed breakdowns by source, property, and day of the week.

| Total Reservations | Number of reservations in the selected period |
| Check-ins | Number of guest check-ins |
| Check-outs | Number of guest check-outs |
| Average Length of Stay | Mean number of nights per reservation |
| Cancellation Rate | Percentage of reservations cancelled (lower is better) |
| Occupancy Rate | Percentage of available nights that were occupied |
| Average Daily Rate (ADR) | Average revenue per occupied night |
Each KPI card shows the change compared to the previous equivalent period.
Charts
Section titled “Charts”Reservations Over Time
Section titled “Reservations Over Time”A time-series chart showing reservations, check-ins, and check-outs plotted over your selected date range. Use the date aggregation control to switch between daily, weekly, monthly, or quarterly grouping.
Booking Source Breakdown
Section titled “Booking Source Breakdown”A breakdown showing where your reservations are coming from — for example, Airbnb, Vrbo, direct bookings, or other OTA channels. This helps you understand which channels drive the most volume.
Property Breakdown
Section titled “Property Breakdown”See how reservations are distributed across your properties. Identify which properties have the highest and lowest booking volumes.
Day-of-Week Patterns
Section titled “Day-of-Week Patterns”A chart showing which days of the week see the most check-ins and check-outs. Useful for planning staffing and turnover schedules.
Length-of-Stay Distribution
Section titled “Length-of-Stay Distribution”See the spread of reservation durations. This helps you understand whether your guests tend toward short weekend stays or longer bookings.
Filters
Section titled “Filters”In addition to the shared date range and property filters, this tab supports:
- Reservation status — Filter by active, upcoming, completed, or cancelled reservations
- Booking source — Focus on a specific channel (e.g., only Airbnb bookings)
