Each KPI card shows the change compared to the previous equivalent period.

A time-series chart showing reservations, check-ins, and check-outs plotted over your selected date range. Use the date aggregation control to switch between daily, weekly, monthly, or quarterly grouping.

A breakdown showing where your reservations are coming from — for example, Airbnb, Vrbo, direct bookings, or other OTA channels. This helps you understand which channels drive the most volume.

See how reservations are distributed across your properties. Identify which properties have the highest and lowest booking volumes.

A chart showing which days of the week see the most check-ins and check-outs. Useful for planning staffing and turnover schedules.

See the spread of reservation durations. This helps you understand whether your guests tend toward short weekend stays or longer bookings.

In addition to the shared date range and property filters, this tab supports:

  • Reservation status — Filter by active, upcoming, completed, or cancelled reservations
  • Booking source — Focus on a specific channel (e.g., only Airbnb bookings)
