Sex Offender Screening

Sex offender screening checks your guests against national sex offender registries. It runs automatically after a guest completes their identity check, using the name extracted from their ID document.

This feature is billed per check. Each screening costs $0.25.

Enabling sex offender screening

Sex offender screening is a setting within the Identity Check step — it is not a separate verification step.

• Open your existing Identity Check step (or create one first)
• Toggle Sex Offender Screening to on
• Save your changes

Identity Check

Photo ID Require guests to provide photo identification

Manual Upload

Sex Offender Screening Check guest against sex offender registries — $0.25 per check

Hide SSN

Once enabled, every guest who completes the identity check will also be screened automatically. Guests do not see a separate step — the screening happens in the background after their ID is verified.

Viewing screening results

Open a guest’s reservation and scroll to the verification section. The sex offender screening results appear alongside the identity check details.

You can also manually run a screening from the reservation panel by clicking Run Check — useful if you want to screen a guest whose reservation was created before you enabled the feature.
