SuiteOp Sign (E-Signatures)

SuiteOp Sign is the built-in electronic signature integration powered by Documenso. Once connected, you can manage signing templates, send documents to guests for signature, and track signing status directly from the SuiteOp dashboard.

  1. Open the Integrations page

Navigate to Integrations in the sidebar. Find SuiteOp Sign under the Operations category.

  2. Add an account

Click the SuiteOp Sign card, then click Add Account.

  3. Enter your claim code

You will be prompted to enter your Claim Code. This code is provided by the SuiteOp team when your organization is provisioned for e-signatures.

  4. Complete the connection

After entering your claim code, SuiteOp will verify the code and connect your account. Templates are automatically synced once the account is connected.

After connecting, click your account in the list to open the account detail page. This page is divided into several sections.

The Account Info card shows:

  • Account ID — Your external account identifier
  • Status — Current connection status (Active, Pending, Error, etc.)
  • Last Synced — When templates were last synced from SuiteOp Sign
  • Connected — When the account was first linked

Templates from your SuiteOp Sign account are synced automatically when you first connect. To manually re-sync:

  • Click the Sync Templates button in the Sync Actions card
  • The button shows a spinning icon while syncing is in progress
  • Once complete, the Templates section updates with the latest templates

SuiteOp automatically configures webhooks when your account is connected. Webhooks deliver real-time notifications when documents are signed, completed, or updated.

The Webhooks card shows:

  • Webhook URL — The endpoint receiving events from SuiteOp Sign
  • Subscribed events — Badges showing which event types are active (e.g., document.signed, template.created)

If webhooks stop working, click the Re-subscribe button to re-establish the connection.

The Templates section lists all signing templates synced from your SuiteOp Sign account. Each template shows:

  • Template name — Click the pencil icon to rename a template within SuiteOp
  • Signers — Number of signer roles defined on the template
  • CC recipients — Number of CC roles (if any)
  • Fields — Number of form fields on the template

Once your SuiteOp Sign account is connected and templates are synced, you can add an e-signature step to your guest verification flow. This lets you require guests to sign rental agreements, waivers, or other documents as part of the check-in process.

For setup instructions, see Setting Up Guest Verification.

  • Verify your account status shows Active on the account detail page
  • Click Sync Templates to manually trigger a sync
  • If the issue persists, try clicking Re-subscribe on the webhooks card, then sync again
  • Check the Webhooks card on the account detail page
  • If no webhook is configured, click Re-subscribe to create one
  • Ensure your SuiteOp Sign account is active and not expired

If your account status shows Error or Needs Reconnection, the claim code may have expired or been revoked. Contact SuiteOp support for a new claim code and reconnect your account.
