Home Dashboard
The Home tab is the first screen you see after signing in. It gives you a snapshot of everything happening today across your properties.
Header
Section titled “Header”At the top of the home screen you’ll see:
- Greeting — a personalized message that changes based on time of day (“Good morning”, “Good afternoon”, or “Good evening” followed by your name)
- Search icon — tap to open global search
- Notifications bell — tap to jump to the Notifications tab. A red badge shows the count of unread notifications
- Sync status — a colored dot and label showing your connection state:
- Green + “Syncing” — connected and receiving live updates
- Red + “Connecting…” — re-establishing the sync connection
- Red + “Offline” — no internet (data is still available locally)
- Last sync time — shows when data was most recently updated from the server
Summary Cards
Section titled “Summary Cards”Below the header, a horizontally scrollable row of summary cards shows today’s key numbers:
- Tasks due today — count of tasks with a due date of today
- Check-ins today — number of guest arrivals expected today
- Check-outs today — number of guest departures expected today
- Offline devices — count of devices currently offline (only shown if there are any)
Tap any card to navigate to the relevant section of the app.
My Tasks
Section titled “My Tasks”The My Tasks section lists up to five tasks assigned to you that are due today. Each task card shows:
- Priority icon — color-coded indicator (low, medium, high, critical)
- Task name
- Property name
- Status badge (e.g., Not Started, In Progress)
- Due date — shown in red if overdue
Tap a task to open its detail screen. If you have more than five tasks, tap See all to view the full list in the Tasks tab.
Today’s Activity
Section titled “Today’s Activity”The Today’s Activity section shows guest movement across your properties:
- Check-ins — guests arriving today with their name, property, and check-in time
- Check-outs — guests departing today with their name, property, and check-out time
Tap a reservation to view its full details.
Navigation
Section titled “Navigation”The bottom tab bar provides access to all five main sections of the app:
