Connect Netatmo to SuiteOp
Netatmo’s Smart Home Coach measures noise, temperature, humidity, CO2, and air pressure. Once connected to SuiteOp, the readings power noise alerts, climate-based workflow automations, and downloadable reports for guest dispute documentation.
What you get
Section titled “What you get”After you connect a Netatmo account, SuiteOp:
- Imports every Smart Home Coach under your Netatmo account into Properties → Devices
- Receives live readings the moment Netatmo emits them, so you don’t wait on a polling cycle
- Powers noise & climate workflows — set thresholds, alert your team, and contact guests automatically when limits are crossed
- Lets you download CSV reports of readings for any time range, useful for guest disputes or operator reviews
See Set thermostat max/min thresholds for the threshold configuration UI, and Device FAQs for noise-monitor specifics.
Step 1 — Connect your Netatmo account
Section titled “Step 1 — Connect your Netatmo account”-
Log in to SuiteOp.
-
Open Organization → Integrations from the left-hand menu.
-
Find Netatmo in the list (under sensors & climate) and click Connect Account.
-
You’ll be redirected to Netatmo’s login page. Sign in with the account that owns your Smart Home Coach devices.
-
Approve SuiteOp’s access request. You’ll be returned to SuiteOp automatically and your devices begin importing.
-
Confirm your devices appear under Properties → Devices. They’ll be filtered as Noise / Climate sensors.
Step 2 — Assign devices to properties
Section titled “Step 2 — Assign devices to properties”Netatmo sensors are typically placed inside a unit, so you’ll usually assign each device to a single property.
- Open Properties → Devices.
- Pick the Netatmo device, then open the Settings tab.
- Under Assigned properties, type the property name and select it.
For step-by-step screenshots see Setting up your Smart Locks in SuiteOp — assignment works the same way for any device type.
Step 3 — Configure thresholds and alerts
Section titled “Step 3 — Configure thresholds and alerts”Once a Netatmo device is assigned, you can:
- Set noise thresholds and the alert window (for example, quiet hours 10pm–8am, 80dB ceiling)
- Set min/max temperature & humidity thresholds — see Set thermostat max/min thresholds
- Build a workflow that auto-messages guests when a threshold is crossed — see Workflow Automations
Troubleshooting
Section titled “Troubleshooting”Devices aren’t appearing. Open the integration’s account page in SuiteOp and click Sync. If they still don’t appear, confirm the devices are visible inside the Netatmo app for the same account.
Live readings stopped updating. Disconnect and reconnect the Netatmo account from Organization → Integrations. If the issue persists, contact [email protected].
My devices live across multiple Netatmo accounts. Connect each Netatmo account separately. Each connection is treated as its own integration account in SuiteOp.
