Mobile App — Getting Started
The SuiteOp mobile app gives you on-the-go access to your properties, tasks, reservations, devices, and team from your iPhone or Android device. Built offline-first, your data is always available — even without an internet connection.
What You Can Do
Section titled “What You Can Do”The mobile app includes:
- Home dashboard — see tasks due today, check-ins, check-outs, offline devices, and today’s activity at a glance
- Task management — view, create, and update tasks with priorities, assignments, comments, costs, requirements, and photo capture
- Property overview — browse all properties with cleaning status, guest info, WiFi details, access codes, and linked devices
- Reservation details — view guest info, stay dates, verification status, smart lock codes, and linked workflows
- Device controls — lock/unlock doors, adjust thermostats, view sensor readings, and check battery levels
- Notifications — receive push notifications for tasks, devices, and upsells with per-channel settings (push, email, SMS)
- Global search — find tasks, properties, reservations, and devices from one search bar
- Offline mode — your data syncs automatically via PowerSync and stays available when you lose connectivity
- 13 languages — switch the app language from your profile (English, Spanish, French, German, and more)
Requirements
Section titled “Requirements”- iOS: iPhone running iOS 15 or later
- Android: Device running Android 10 or later
- Account: An existing SuiteOp account — you sign in with the same email and password you use on the web dashboard
