Workflow Triggers: Devices

Workflow triggers for devices activate automated actions based on device events, such as status changes or issues, to keep the team informed and ensure smooth operation.

• Go to Workflow.

• Click on + Add New.

• Select Start from Scratch.

• Choose Devices.** Device disconnected**

• Receive notifications when a device is low on battery, offline or disconnected.

• Create a task for maintenance when a device is low on battery, offline or disconnected.

Device connected

• Notify the team when a device comes back online.

Device low battery

• Be consistently notified once the device battery falls under 30%
