Honey AI Assistant
Honey is SuiteOp’s built-in AI assistant. You can ask Honey questions about your properties, create and manage tasks, check device statuses, review reservations, and more — all through a natural-language chat interface. Honey connects to your AI Agents and can route requests to the right specialist automatically.
You can access Honey in three ways: a sidebar chat that slides in from the right on any page, a full-page Ask interface for longer conversations, or via @mentions in Slack for teams that prefer to stay in their messaging workspace.
